Gridiron QBs at all levels have access to the very same development, evaluation, education, and leadership as the NFL’s and NCAA's biggest stars. Professional QB training led by JC Boice and Gridiron’s Certified QB Coaches delivers a one-of-kind, partnership-based premium training experience. Whether an elite Quarterback seeking high-end refinement or a beginner just getting started, Gridiron provides training that is purposely designed to maximize developmental impact.
QBs learn how to apply proper biomechanic sequencing with critical arm care techniques to ensure long-term peak performance and arm health. QBs also will master specialized techniques to improve vision, coverage recognition and pocket presence under pressure for a true competitive advantage! Gridiron also provides regular lessons on quarterback servant leadership, emotional management, mental toughness, competitive drive and self-confidence.
Our primary training is our Group Throwing Sessions that feature foundational teaching on throwing mechanics and QB-specific movement strategies and then live throwing drills with receivers. We create dynamic, game-like stimulus to prepare and improve a Quarterback's under-pressure decision-making and game-time performance.
For QBs wanting to further accelerate their development we offer additional Semi-Private Sessions. These small groups (6 or less QBs) feature detailed instruction on movement and mechanics with video analysis, plyo-ball pattern training for optimized arm path and kinematic sequencing, field vision and coverage recognition instruction and pocket presence development.
QBs in semi-private sessions need to bring a receiver to catch for them if possible. After you purchase your semi-private package, you will be contacted by JC Boice to set up your training schedule as these sessions are strictly limited enrollment and not open scheduling.
