GRIDIRON RECEIVER, TIGHT END, AND RUNNING BACK TRAINING

Gridiron Foundation provides an immersive, professionally delivered program lead by National Receiver Coach and renowned expert Dre Muhammad. Coach Dre after wrapping up his NFL and CFL playing career unexpectedly jumped into his coaching career and advanced quickly as he is now working with numerous top pros and college elite Receivers and Tight Ends. In the past 10 years Coach Dre has been privileged to assist athletes through their development process, resulting in over $150 million in athletic scholarships earned, the development of All-Americans, and the mentorship of numerous college and professional athletes. Coach Dre’s passion lies in helping athletes see beyond the game, fostering a deeper appreciation for athletics and the potential it holds for personal growth. Central to his philosophy is the power of mindset. By challenging counterproductive thoughts and helping athletes recognize their inherent value, Coach Dre aims to empower them to leverage sports as a tool for self-development and success.

Coach Dre with additional Gridiron Certified Coaches also drive the Gridiron Foundation Running Back Development Training program that provides RBs the opportunity to work on their individual Running Back skills, passing game skill within the Receiver group and pass protection skills with the Gridiron O Line group.

Gridiron Receiver, Tight End and Running Back Training Sprints are as follows:

Winter Training Sprints 1 and 2

  • Sprint 1 January 12 – Feb 5
  • Sprint 2 February 19 - March 19
  • Sunday and Wednesday evenings are Group Throwing Sessions
    Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings are Small Group Semi-Private Sessions

Winter Training Sprints 3 and 4

  • Sprint 3 April 9 - May 4
  • Sprint 4 May 5 - May 22
  • Sprint 3 is Wednesdays and Sundays includes SOS Camp Events
    Sprint 4 Specialty Training and College Prep Camps TBD

Winter Training Sprints 5 and 6

  • Sprint 5 June 2 - June 26
  • Sprint 6 July 7 - July 17
  • Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning and evening sessions TBD
